Location and Hours

Our lobby hours are Monday thru Friday 9am to 8pm. Please check the website calendar for specific meeting times for VCRA programs and services as well as for other community groups that meet at the Center.

We do our best to have the lobby staffed by trained volunteers during operating hours. There may be occasions when we are temporarily closed due to staffing conflicts.

Rainbow Alliance Acts as Incubator

Building a vibrant and diverse community requires creating a safe and welcoming space for groups to meet, plan and network. The Rainbow Alliance provides space to incubate community groups at its facility located in Ventura. Rooms vary from small meeting space (4-8 people) to large conference room (50 people max.) The Alliance is open Monday through Friday, 9a to 8p. The Alliance requests a donation of $2 per person for rental space.

In addition, your meeting or group will be promoted in the monthly "Calendar of Events," mailed/ e-mailed to 1,500 households plus an additional 8,000 copies of the Calendar are downloaded from the agency website (www.lgbtventura.org) -- a great way to grow your group and increase awareness of your project. Eight weeks advance notice to ensure publication of group/ event is required.
